Ingredients: ***MEATBALLS*** 2 pounds ground beef 1/4 cup dried parsley 2 eggs 2 tablespoons soy sauce black pepper to taste garlic to taste 1 cup corn flakes ***SAUCE*** 1/3 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons minced onions 1 can jellied cranberry sauce 1 bottle (12 ounce size) chili sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions: MEATBALLS: Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Place on cookie sheet and brown in 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes. (At this point you can freeze them). For appetizers, make small meatballs.
SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together.
Place meatballs in a large ovenproof dish or a dutch oven. Pour sauce over meatballs and cover. Simmer meatball/sauce at 350 degrees F in the oven for 1 hour.
To serve as main dish, serve over rice. Use toothpicks to serve as appetizers.
