Ingredients: 7 cups dry bread cubes or unseasoned croutons 1 cup freshly chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 3 cups unpeeled chopped apples 1/4 cup fresh minced parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 cup stock (or a little more)
Directions: Spray walls of slow-cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for one hour. Stir well; cook on low 2-3 hours.
