Ingredients: 16 small new potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (fresh ground, if available) 1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
Directions: Thoroughly clean the potatoes with a vegetable brush and water. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Cut potatoes into quarters and mix with the olive oil, onions and spices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
