Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 cup un-cooked white rice 1 pound chicken tenders or breasts strips 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup hot water 1 envelope onion soup mix salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Grease casserole dish or baking pan evenly with a Tablespoon of butter. Spread uncooked rice evenly over bottom of casserole dish or baking pan. Place chicken (uncooked) over rice in a single layer.
Mix soup and water; pour evenly over chicken and rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over all. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover pan with a lid or heavy duty foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
