Ingredients: unsweetened cocoa, to dip 2 ounces vodka 1 ounce dark Creme de Cacao or other chocolate liqueur
Directions: Put some cocoa on a plate, wet the rim of the martini glass, and dip it in the cocoa. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and pour over the vodka. Put on the top and shake really well for 1 minute. Remove the top and strain into the glass.
Now slowly pour the Creme de Cacao into the glass, being careful not to touch the rim. The chocolate liqueur will sink to the bottom making a two-tone layered cocktail. Serve immediately and sip slowly.
