Ingredients: ice (in block form if possible, if not, large chunks) 4 ounces Cointreau 4 ounces brandy 2 oranges, cut into wedges 2 bottles (750 millileter size) chilled champagne 1 cup frozen cranberries (optional)
Directions: Add the ice to a large punch bowl. If using chunks, fill the bowl less than halfway. Add the Cointreau and the brandy. Swirl around the ice.
Add the orange wedges, then slowly pour in the champagne. Let everything mingle for 5 minutes. Serve in goblets.
For a more festive presentation, add the cranberries to the bowl along with the champagne.
