Ingredients: 4 cups hot water 1 package (4.9 ounce size) au gratin potatoes 1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup frozen broccoli florets 2 1/2 cups milk 1 small onion, chopped 2 cans (6.5 ounce size) minced clams, undrained
Directions: Heat water, potatoes and salt to boiling in 3-quart saucepan. Boil 5 minutes; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
