Ingredients: 2 cans (16 ounce size) chickpeas or garbanzos, drained 1 can (8-10 ounce size) tomatoes with green chilies 1/2 onion, finely diced 1/2 bell pepper, finely diced
Directions: Combine the above in a pot and heat over medium heat. Simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Enjoy.
