Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup Burgundy or dry red wine 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons molasses
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Mix well to dissolve the molasses.
Add the steaks, seal the bag, and place in the refrigerator for anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours to marinade. Drain and discard the marinade before cooking.
