
Baked Parmesan Crusted Salmon

4 (4 ounce size) salmon fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon white wine
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Stir together mayonnaise, cheese, half the chives, the wine, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over fillets. Bake, uncovered, for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with additional chives.
