Ingredients: 2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened 1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple drained well 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoned salt 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans 1 package (3.5 ounce size) fully cooked bacon chopped
Directions: In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in crushed pineapple, bell pepper, onion, seasoning salt, pecans, and bacon.
Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
