
TGI Friday's Jack Daniel's Sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup water
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Combine the onion powder, Tabasco, red wine vinegar, Jack Daniel's, brown sugar, water, beef bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
Allow mixture to cool and use as a sauce on grilled meat or fish (great on salmon!). Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
