Ingredients: 2 tablespoons hot wasabi paste 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1/2 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine) 1/4 cup canola oil cold water
Directions: In a bowl, combine wasabi paste, sugar and mirin.
Quickly whisk in oil. Add water to bring to desired puree consistency.
