
Baked Chicken With A Soy-Dressing Glaze

1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 bone-in chicken breasts, skin removed
Combine the Italian dressing, soy sauce, chopped onion, and mustard until blended.
Place chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken evenly.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake until chicken is browned, about another 10-15 minutes (use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken - not touching the bone - to determine doneness).
Cook's Notes: You can use light salad dressing and low sodium soy sauce if desired. You may need to add additional seasonings if using the less salty soy sauce.
