
Easy Baileys Irish Cream

Serves/Makes: 40 oz | Ready In: 1-2 hrs
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup rye, scotch or dark rum
1 pint whipping cream
3 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon dry chocolate milk mix powder
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until well chilled.
Cook's Notes: this recipe contains raw egg. Use pasteurized eggs or an egg substitute.
