A delicious and easy to make bread that can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a snack. The combination of apple and cinnamon flavors are extra delicious when toasted.

ingredients
1/3 cup applesauce 3/4 cup buttermilk 2 1/2 cups bread flour 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Select white bread, light crust setting.
When the bake cycle is done, remove the pan from the machine and let it cool on a rack for 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a rack before slicing or storing.
Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 days.

I made this and while it's good, it's just not sweet enough for me. I was looking for a sweet breakfast bread. It would be perfect toasted with some applebutter spread on it.

My daughters just loved this bread. They said just like Cinnamon Raisin without the raisins.
