Brussels Sprouts With Bacon And Caraway Seeds

ingredients
6 ounces bacon, cut into 1/4" pieces
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cooked almost through
OR
3 packages (10 ounce size) frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed under running water
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon coarse (kosher) salt
black pepper, to taste
directions
Place bacon in a single layer in a 2 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Cover loosely with paper toweling. Microwave at 100% power for 5 minutes 30 seconds or until done to taste. Remove from microwave.
Remove bacon from dish with a slotted spoon; set aside. Stir in Brussels sprouts, vinegar and caraway seeds into the casserole dish.
Cover with lid. Microwave at 100% power for 10 minutes, stirring once. Remove from microwave. Stir in bacon, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
