Honey Soy Steak Marinade

ingredients
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
directions
Mix hot chicken broth with honey and soy sauce in a 1 cup measure. Pour mixture into an 8x8x2 pan or in a zipper lock bag.
Mix in ketchup, ginger and garlic.
Place steaks in marinade at least 2 hours turning occasionally. Soak overnight in the fridge for best results.
