The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

5 pounds fresh or frozen chicken wing pieces (thawed, if frozen)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup McCormick Grill Mates mesquite seasoning, divided
1 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Toss wings with oil in large bowl to coat evenly. Sprinkle wings with 1 tablespoon Mesquite Seasoning; toss to coat evenly.
Mix maple syrup, lemon juice and remaining 3 tablespoons Mesquite Seasoning; set aside.
Grill wings over medium-high heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Drizzle wings with half of syrup mixture. Serve remaining syrup mixture as a dipping sauce.
Whether it's a backyard grill fest or a tailgating party before the game, be sure to include these smoky sweet and boldly seasoned grilled wings.
