ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
8 ounces fresh lump crab meat
2 tablespoons sherry
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine cream cheese and milk. Blend thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well.
Spread mixture in a baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
