6 tablespoons butter
1 pound sifted confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons hot coffee, more as needed
directions
Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the cocoa, coffee and liqueur. Beat until smooth.
Notes: This frosting is a natural for Coffee Devil's Food Cake.
