Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

Inner Beauty hot sauce is the creation of Chris Schlesinger of the East Coast Grill in Massachusetts. It's a VERY hot mustard sauce with a hint of Caribbean flavors.

12 habanero peppers
1 ripe mango
1 cup yellow prepared mustard
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Cut off the stems from the habaneros and coarsely chop the flesh. If a milder sauce is desired, remove some or all of the seeds. Place in a blender or food processor.
Peel, pit, and coarsely chop the mango. Add to the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and process until smooth. Be careful not to breathe in when opening the blender.
Transfer the hot sauce to a jar or covered container. Store in the refrigerator.
