1 can (16 ounce size) sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (8 ounce size) applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
directions
Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt.
Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
