ingredients
1 package (13 ounce size) frozen pierogies, onion & potato
2 onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 slices ham or salami, cut into 1-inch squares
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
directions
Boil pierogies in water as directed.
Meanwhile, in large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in oil, about 3-4 minutes until tender. Add ham and yogurt, reduce heat to low and simmer briefly for 1-2 minutes until warmed.
Add drained pierogies, stir gently and serve.
