1 gallon cider
1 cup fresh lemon juice
4 cups pulp-free orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 teaspoons ground allspice
4 cinnamon sticks
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large non-reactive stockpot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let stand overnight at room temperature.
When ready to serve, strain the punch through several layers of cheesecloth and reheat to a simmer. Serve hot.
