1/2 cup butter, cut up
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9-inch square baking pan.
Melt the butter, sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the flour and oats until well blended. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared pan, pressing down lightly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
