It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

1-2 hrs
ingredients
1 box (10-count size) Twinkie snack cakes
1 package (6 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding, prepared as directed
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen strawberries, thawed & drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 large bananas
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup toasted & chopped pecans
1/2 cup toasted coconut
directions
Unwrap Twinkies and line them in a 9 x 11 inch deep-dish glass baking pan (a 9 x 13 inch will not work--too much space left over).
Pour vanilla pudding over Twinkies. Add strawberries, then pineapple on top of strawberries. Slice bananas on top of pineapple.
Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle chopped pecans over whipped topping. Sprinkle toasted coconut over pecans.
Refrigerate until set. Serve chilled.
