ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon cornmeal
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except cornmeal in medium bowl.
Coat a greased pie pan with cornmeal. Pour in egg mixture and bake for 45 minutes or until top of quiche is golden brown.
