1 box macaroni and cheese mix, plus ingredients to prepare
oil for cookie sheet
2 cups bread crumbs, cut up
1 cup shredded cheese
directions
Prepare mac and cheese according to directions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread prepared mac and cheese on a well-greased cookie sheet. Top with bread crumbs and cheese, distributed evenly. Bake until crispy, about 15 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly and cut into triangles.
