Garlic? Check. Butter? Check. No shopping required! This simple sauce will have you wondering why you ever went for regular butter when making seafood and pasta. Also try it as a dipping sauce to compliment fresh bread!
I sauteed the garlic in the butter just to soften it not brown it then let the mixture cool and then I strained it. I also used salted butter so I wouldn't have to add more salt while cooking. I brushed this on a whole chicken I was roasting in the oven. It made the skin crisp and super flavorful.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
