Angel Hair Pasta With Cilantro

ingredients
16 ounces oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained (reserved), coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons oil from tomatoes
16 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
2 bunches fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
8 ounces angel hair pasta
directions
Combine first three ingredients and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions and toss with the tomato, cilantro, cheese mixture. Serve warm or cold.
