Cream, milk, and white chocolate with a touch of vanilla makes the creamiest, dreamiest hot chocolate.

2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 cups whole or 2% milk
3 bars (4 ounce size) white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2 hours or until the chocolate is melted and the milk is hot.
Stir the hot chocolate well before serving.

two thumbs up for this recipe! One note: some crock pots heat a bit too "hot" so use the warm setting if you have one of those. otherwise the cream may curdle. warm worked perfect with my newer Rival crock pot.
