ingredients
1/4 cup tellicherry peppercorns
1/4 cup muntok white peppercorns
2 tablespoons freeze-dried green peppercorns
1 tablespoon pink peppercorns
1 tablespoon jamaican allspice berries
1 tablespoon cubebs
directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then place in peppermill. Any leftover mixture can be stored in a tightly closed jar for several months.
