Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This sandwich is one of the most popular items on the menu at the Rainforest Cafe. The chicken is seasoned with Cajun spices and teriyaki sauce and served on a hamburger bun.

6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast half
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 hamburger bun, cut in half
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 lettuce leaves
1/4 cup sliced roasted red pepper
2 slices cooked bacon
2 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken with the Cajun seasoning, rubbing the seasoning in to the meat.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook, turning as needed, until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness.
While the chicken is cooking, place the hamburger bun cut-sides down on the grill and lightly toast.
Remove the bun and chicken from the grill. Spread the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Place one lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun and top with the grilled chicken. Top the chicken with the roasted red pepper, cheese, bacon, and remaining lettuce leaf.
Serve immediately.

This recipe is good and all, but it's missing one thing...the Spicy Safari sauce that they serve with this sandwich. What's in it?
