1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon hot water
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into greased sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Frost or glaze as desired.
