Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I think there must be some serious typos in this recipe. Too salty with the 1 tablespoon of salt called for. I also was confused by the egg directions. 2 eggs are called for, yet the directions only mention the yolks. Also I was not sure what size pan to use. I compared other recipes, guessed and used 7X11. Texture came out spongy. It sounded interesting and I would like to try an accurate version of the recipe.
