Combine wine, oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper to taste in a jar with cover. Cover and shake until blended.
Marinate chicken for 4-6 hours. Can be used as basting sauce for chicken on grill.

As I discovered tonight, using a red wine marinade for chicken will turn your chicken purple. I've also had green chicken due to cooking it in a cheap apple liquor (should have used applekorn like the recipe called for).
: But how did it taste? (despite being purple!)
