Orange
1/2 cup instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
Mocha
1/2 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Cinnamon
1/2 cup instant coffee
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
directions
Combine the ingredients for the desired flavor. Store in an airtight container. To use, combine 2 heaping teaspoons of the mix with 1 cup hot water. Mix well.
