Salisbury Steak and O'Brien Potatoes In Tomato Gravy

ingredients
2 pounds beef cubed steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
29 ounces can tomato sauce
14 3/4 ounces can home-style beef gravy
28 ounces bag frozen O'Brien style potatoes, thawed
sour cream (optional)
directions
In large sauce pan over medium heat, brown steak in oil; drain.
Add tomato sauce, gravy and potatoes; stir. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and let simmer uncovered 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
