1 can (46 ounce size) pineapple juice
1 can (46 ounce size) apricot nectar
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen orange juice
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen lemonade
3 cups vodka (or depending on your preference)
1 cup apricot brandy
lemon-lime carbonated beverage
directions
Mix above and put in freezer until slushy. Mix with equal amounts of lemon-lime carbonated beverage.
To make nonalcoholic, substitute additional lemon-lime carbonated beverage and apricot nectar to equal the same amounts of vodka and brandy.

Great summertime cocktail for a group!
What does equal amount of lemon-lime mean does it mean 1 can or ? amount of oz or equal amount of the slushy mix?
I believe it means to serve the drink mix half slushy mix and half lemon-lime soda
