Whether you're gearing up for Derby Day or just in the mood for a fun snack, this layered dip is always a crowd-pleaser.

1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup diced turkey breast, cooked
2 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, bouillon and ground red pepper; blend until smooth. Let mixture stand 15 minutes to dissolve bouillon; stir.
On 10 1/2-inch serving plate, spread sour cream mixture to 9" circle; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with Swiss cheese, tomato, turkey, bacon, and parsley.
Serve with crisp crackers or chips.

A friend brought this to our annual ladies weekend & it was a huge hit. We all asked for the recipe. It tastes like a club sandwich in a dip! I will definitely be making this at pot lucks & family gatherings. It's a winner!
