Awesome Alfredo
Rich and creamy, this sauce is perfect on pasta. It's one of our most popular recipe searches since it's so versatile. Try a ham or crab alfredo, or go for the traditional with Alfredo's of Rome original fettuccine alfredo. Homemade alfredo sauce is so easy and delicious, you'll never buy the jarred stuff again!

Puttanesca: A piquant pasta sauce made of tomatoes, onions, black olives, capers, anchovies, and chile flakes. The hot pasta is tossed in this sauce prior to serving. Some recipes leave the ingredientrs raw, allowing the heat of the pasta to bring out the flavors.

Alfredo: A pasta sauce originally consisting of butter, cream, and the finest parmesan cheese available. Modern versions add garlic, peas, and less expensive parmesan. All of these will make fine sauces, but nothing can compare to the original version.

Pesto, Freezing: Pesto can be frozen in plastic containers. Also, try freezing in ice cube trays and then transferring the cubes to plastic zipper bags and keep in the freezer.
