Brown Sugar Penuche Fudge

Penuche fudge is a creamy candy made with brown sugar, milk, butter, and sometimes chopped nuts (usually walnuts). It's named as such after the Mexican brown sugar called "panocha" which it is traditionally made with. In the US, if true panocha isn't available we often substitute with regular brown sugar, sometimes mixed with corn syrup.
