The Other Grillables
We usually think of burgers and steaks on the grill, but did you know you can cook so many other foods on it? We've got recipes for grilled pineapple with Kahlua dulce de leche, grilled taco nachos, and even grilled pizza with buffalo chicken and blue cheese.
Shrimp On The Barbie
I love shrimp on the grill because it cooks quickly and doesn't require standing over it for long periods of time. Just be careful not to over cook it or you'll end up with a rubbery mess. Try some of these sure-fire favorites like shrimp and sea scallop kabobs or grilled rum soaked shrimp with mango lime relish.
A Good Marinade Makes All The Difference
Marinating meat and poultry (and even fish and seafood) doesn't just infuse them with flavor, it also helps tenderize making your grillables, great! We've got marinades and rubs for everything - steaks, ribs, chicken, lamb, fish and more. Try a deep-fried turkey marinade or lemon-herb chicken marinade.
