Crock Pot Thanksgiving Turkey
Thanksgiving turkey in the crockpot? Why I never... actually, that's not true. We did have crockpot turkey last Thanksgiving!
If you are only cooking for a couple of people it doesn't make sense to cook a giant turkey (unless you want leftovers to last you the rest of the year!). Cooking a turkey breast in the crock means you get the best meat, it's done perfectly, and you won't have any go to waste. And don't worry about losing out on flavor or tradition. Some of these recipes even come with stuffing or sweet potatoes. A meal in one!
