We design for as many standard browser/screen sizes as possible, but we can't anticipate any customized settings an individual may have set up.  If you are using a particularly small monitor or have it set to enlarge the print more than normal, the screen may not look like it does to the rest of the world.  Try changing the font size temporarily (click on View -> Text Size  in Internet Explorer or Mozilla - and change it to a smaller size) to see if that shifts the items back into their correct position.
