How to toast nuts
Toast on a cookie sheet in a preheated 375 F oven to a light golden color, about 6 to 8 minutes. To ensure all pieces are toasted, do not pack them too tightly on the sheet. For hazelnuts, cool slightly, then place in a towel and rub vigorously. The skins will remain on the towel.
